Rash of RV Propane Tank Robberies in Sparks

The Sparks Police Department says that officers have noticed a spike in thefts of RV propane tanks and batteries. They say the items have been taken from RVs parked in driveways and on city streets at a variety of locations. At one location a dark colored SUV was seen in the area of a theft.…MORE

Suspect Arrested in Pizzeria Robbery

Reno police have made an arrest connected to an armed robbery Wednesday at the Godfather’s pizza on Booth Street. RPD, using surveillance video from a nearby businesses, were able to identify the getaway vehicle and used that to find the driver. Police identified Juan Manuel Lopez-Mercado as the suspect.MORE
