(Sparks, NV) – A Sparks Police motor officer escaped injury when his motorcycle was wrecked Friday night. Just before 7:30 p.m., a distracted driver ran into the bike. It happened near Vista Boulevard and North Los Altos. Fortunately, The officer was completing a crash report away from his motorcycle. The incident is under investigation by Nevada State Police. Sparks Police remind you that Nevada’s Move Over Law requires you to slow down and change lanes if safe when approaching emergency vehicles with flashing lights.
