The newest addition to Nevada’s “Black Book,” is a former Bellagio craps dealer who was convicted of being part of a ring that scammed the Bellagio out of $1.2 million. Mark Branco is the 36th person excluded from Nevada Casinos. He was convicted of theft and cheating at gambling.
