(Stateline, NV) — It’s going to be a wet day in Reno with more on the way. The storms will continue on and off until Thursday morning. The snow level will remain above five-thousand feet. A Winter Weather Advisory is now in effect for the Sierra. Up to a foot of snow is expected to fall at elevations above seven-thousand feet. Expect chain controls on most mountain roads. Driving into the Sierra could be dangerous over the next day.
