(Truckee, CA) — A man is dead after a skiing accident at a popular mountain resort near Lake Tahoe. Law enforcement says Nicholas Kenworthy died on Friday at the Northstar Ski Resort. They noted that the 26-year-old Los Angeles resident was pronounced dead before the coroner arrived. Officials have not yet provided details about the skiing accident. The investigation is ongoing.
