(Sparks, NV) – Sparks police want you to be on the lookout for a missing teen. Officers say 15-year-old Isaiah Fregoso left his home along Wedekind Road around 9 p.m. last night. He was either shirtless or wearing a white T-shirt, along with black pants and dark-colored shoes.
